o Affiliation with McMaster University as a student or health care provider

o Mandatory meeting attendance (exceptions must be run by the coordinators)

o Active involvement in data input and/or a research project

o Keeping up to date with PBTSG curriculum and recommended readings

o Commitment to be a current active member for two years

o Involvement in a mentorship capacity after a year of experience
